Refund Policy

Maestro Snaggers aims to provide reliable and professional inspection services while maintaining a fair scheduling and booking policy.

Inspection Bookings

​

Inspection appointments are scheduled upon confirmation and require payment before the inspection date. Once confirmed, time and resources are reserved specifically for the scheduled inspection.

Rescheduling

​

Clients may reschedule an inspection free of charge if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

​

Late Cancellations

​

If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled inspection, the inspection fee may be non-refundable.

​

No-Show or Access Issues

​

If the inspection cannot proceed because:

​

  • the client does not attend the scheduled appointment

  • the property is not accessible

  • access has not been arranged with the developer, agent, or building management

​

the appointment will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

​

Completed Services

​

Once an inspection has been conducted and the inspection report has been delivered, the service is considered completed and no refunds will be provided.

​

Exceptional Circumstances

​

If an inspection must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances from the Inspector’s side, the client will be offered either:

​

  • a full refund, or

  • the option to reschedule the inspection at no additional cost.
