Our snagging service includes: A detailed and comprehensive inspection of your unit, covering walls, ceilings, floors, windows, doors, AC, and all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems Inspection of rooftop and parking areas (if applicable) A photo-based snagging report within 24 hours A second "de-snag" inspection after the developer completes rectification works
You will receive the snag report directly through our platform for easy access and review. When permitted, we can send the report directly to the developer while keeping you copied in the email. Many developers require that the report be submitted from the owner’s registered email, so in those cases, you will need to forward it yourself. · For some major developers with official handover apps, the initial snag report is submitted via their app.
